Many PowerPoint users are not aware how to use an Excel chart in presentations. You can copy the chart from Excel, however if the chart is updated in Excel, no updates are made to the chart in PowerPoint. Best to embed the chart in the presentation; when the chart is updated in Excel, the presentation chart will also be updated.
